Jeff serves as a General Partner at MHW Capital,
a New York based Hedge Fund focusing on public company turnarounds.
Prior to joining MHW Capital, Jeff was President and Chief
Executive Officer of Analysts International, a 350 million
USD publicly traded global technology services company.
Jeff was responsible for the strategic direction and all
operational aspects of the Company. In his role as company
President, Jeff leveraged his industry and capital markets
experience and expertise to drive higher levels of growth
and profitability. Prior to Analyst International Jeff was
a partner and member of the Executive Leadership Team for
PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. During his 17-year tenure
with PwC, Jeff was directly responsible for strategy and
corporate development of the firm's worldwide management
consulting and technology services. As part of the Executive
Leadership Team, he oversaw the firm's 1,300 partners and
32,000 staff members across 52 global territories. In addition,
he advised some of the firm's premier clients on large-scale
M&A transactions. Jeff led the negotiations on behalf
of PwC Consulting in connection with IBM's 2002 acquisition
of the firm, a transaction that was voted "Deal of
the Year for 2002" by Institutional Investor Magazine.
Jeff is a graduate of Texas A&M University and a Certified
Public Accountant.
