As Director of Organizational Development, Soladé is responsible for 30Seven Design's human capital strategies. Supporting the firm's strategic growth plan, Soladé ensures that the talent infrastructure and development priorities are established to meet 30Seven Design's goal of fulfilling the interactive marketing needs for companies around the globe. Soladé has spent over a decade in a variety of industries including consulting, retail, banking and pharmaceuticals. In one of his noteworthy corporate roles, he led the recruitment marketing and diversity relations effort at Pfizer Inc. He has also shared his organizational development expertise with professionals from several Fortune 500 companies, including Starbucks Coffee, Motorola, and Abercrombie & Fitch. He has also been involved with front-line business development activities with Wesley, Brown & Bartle, a leading executive search firm.
Influencing the external environment on diversity related issues has been one of Soladé's key areas of impact. As a result of his efforts, he has been quoted in publications such as Diversity Inc. Magazine, Black Collegian Magazine and the Chicago Tribune, among others. He is a trustee of Utica College and is the Vice-chair of its committee on institutional advancement and holds a BA in International Management and French from Utica College of Syracuse University, and a MA of Science in Organizational Management from the New School for Management and Urban Policy.
