As Lead Development Project Manager, Swami is responsible for the overall coordination and execution of development for each project from start to finish. He also serves as the main liaison between our clients and development teams. His experience includes senior project management for Bayers, MetLife, Avon Products, Nestle, University of Massachusetts, Coach and UPS. He has particular experience in software/database design, security, encryption, web portals, Unix/Windows server and virtualization. Prior to joining 30Seven Design, Swami was Director of IT at MBSA, where he co-invented an invention filed with USPTO, a develop and maintain patented application which performs millions of financial transactions every month, and successfully achieved SAS 70 Type II certification. He has also held several different positions in fortune 500 companies such as IBM and Kraft Foods where he helped create large complex software solutions. Swami is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and Systems Analyst with a B.S. in Physics from the University of Madras.
